49 to 39 by 29 Project

An ambitious goal in helping Clark County School District to go from 49th in the nation to 39th by 2029. We will do this by ENGAGING our teachers and students. Presenting the HUMAN standards and creating more connection in classrooms. Micro culture building, recognition, rewarding and involving the community, promoting outdoor activity and providing unforgettable field trips into Nevada's great outdoors. We will be including our 26 State Parks along with all of our local offerings.

Our three steps

Each teacher will get a prepaid Visa for classroom supplies. They will be recognized for the amazing human they are just for choosing to teach. A class fieldtrip and an experience they will never forget.

ENGAGE the students

First , get their attention. We bring in social media superstars to connect with the class, deliver the news, pitch the fieldtrip and get feedback from students on what would make the room come to life. Let their creativity spark the makeover.

Involve the community

We want to help. Let us. Each classroom makeover will have a community sponsor. They will take part in the activities and be a driving factor for helping the class create its micro community, establishing core values and overall appearance for a best learning environment.
